To join the Wine Club, simply choose from the 3, 6, or 12 bottle options below and complete the enrollment form.
3 Bottle Quarterly Club- You will receive 3 bottles of Wolf Creek Plantation wine, $10.00 per bottle plus applicable tax and/or shipping charges.
6 Bottle Quarterly Club- You will receive 6 bottles of Wolf Creek Plantation wine, $10.00 per bottle plus applicable tax and/or shipping charges.
12 Bottle Quarterly Club- You will receive 12 bottles of Wolf Creek Plantation wine, $10.00 per bottle plus applicable tax and/or shipping charges.
Receiving Your Wines
An email will be sent to you prior to your Wine Club month date as a courtesy reminder of your billing period. Wines will be available for in-store pick up on the 1st day of the month, or the next business day. Shipments will be sent on the 5th, or next business day, of quarterly month.
*Shipments may not be shipped to a P.O Box. If your delivery is missed, UPS will attempt a total of three times. Wolf Creek Plantation is not responsible for any returned packages. ALL shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
